The Athlete's Advantage Sports Performance Training Programs are now providing Summer II Sessions. The programs are designed to develop speed, endurance, mental toughess, and most importantly, to prevent serious injury. Our program includes speed and agility training, strength and power training, footwork, plyometrics, injury prevention, and more!
Adult Female Fitness
The Athlete's Advantage all new female fitness classes offer training specifically targeted for busy females looking for an efficient full-body workout. This program will help you decrease body fat, increase your strength, flexibility and your overall fitness level!

Athlete's Advantage Training Center is a thirty thousand square foot total sports training facility where athletes of all ages can come to gain a competitive edge over their competition. What we offer is a combination of speed, agility, strength, and power development programs that are designed to maximize an athlete's performance on the field of play and reduce the risk of serious injury. We also offer numerous league play options throughout the year as well as indoor field rentals for all sports.
