SATURDAYS: 8:30AM to 1PM
SUNDAYS: CLOSED for summer

PERSONAL TRAINING:
Start-up sessions and 10, 20 Session packages available!!

THE FACILITY:
Athlete's Advantage offers a state of the art life fitness/hammer strength training room, complete with functional training equipment. Train like an athlete again with our 50 x 20yd SprinTurf field as well!!!!!
